10/8/2015, MONDAY

Could not spot any clear Longs signal. Could have shorted towards EOD. Didn’t do so, as I was expecting the price to move up.

No trades.

    1. Hi Jagadeesh,

It is difficult for me, psychologically to take longs PB trade after a momentum up move. So I waited for BOF Long at Range Low. I didn't get that opportunity.

In hindsight, I realise, that I should have taken long PB after the first leg expecting the second leg of the momentum up move. That would have been a very good trade.

      Thanks.

    2. As there was no structural boundary at the top. you can risk to take a PB trade. So many amateurs try to fade the sharp moves without thinking about the level they are initiating it and then ended in getting trapped. You can fade them when the risk to reward is favorable.

  4. Hi Vishal,

    I am fine.

I am not satisfied with the results. So I have stopped trading for the time being. I will resume trading, when I get a clear idea abt what is wrong with my trading.

    Thanks,

    2. Hi Jagadeesh,

I am stuck in 'no loss no gain" zone for a little too long. It is time to do some serious introspection and list out the "dos and don'ts". Unless and until, I can do that, I have to be away from the Market.

Hope you will start posting your daily trades soon.

      Thanks.

    3. I am planning to share possible entry levels in stead of my trades so that it will be helpful for the readers to compare their entry locations. After all, the level where we initiate the trade is more important than the entry price itself.

  6. Hi KS, I think you were doing well in Crude Oil compared to Nifty. Compare your trades there. Good luck !!!

  7. Hi,

May be, I did comparitively better in crude.

But still, there must be a few serious flaws in the way I go abt my trading. So, it is better to sit on the sidelines, till I fix those issues.

    Thanks.

    1. Hi Charles,

I am not day trading, I don't intend to resume day trading in the foreseeable future.
Now I am focusing on Cash Market and so far the results are decent.
Wish you the very best in trading.

      Thanks.

    2. Oh, this has scared me a little now. But glad to know you are trading well. Are you running any new blog for cash market.

    3. If you get positive results in day trading, please continue. Don't let my decision on day trading influence you. Whatever decision you take, see that it is based on your results only..

I don't maintain any blog for cash market. There are some really useful BLOGS for learning Cash Market. I may think abt positional futures after 6 months or a year, if everything goes well consistently

      All the best.
